Meet the Team
President
Sal Blydenburgh
Sal has been passionate about theatre and music for over forty years. Working with young people and introducing them to the arts is one of his greatest joys. His love for this community is a commitment to provide the best entertainment to the entire Rogue Valley.
Secretary
Ruby Painter
RuRu keeps themself very involved in the local theatre community, mainly backstage… although you will see them on stage on occasion. In their spare time they like to model, cosplay, and get prepared to beat people up in Martial Arts class. RuRu has two blacks cats, Chocolate Chip & Hershey Kiss.

Chris Green
Christopher Green has been a member of the Grants Pass Community for the past six years. He has been an educator for over 20 years. He has also been a principal and owned a construction company. He has been on many non-profit board, most of which have been dealing with children or performing arts.

Ella Flansburg
Ella has extensive performance experience as well as collegiate study in theatre and in music, ranging from classical chamber choirs to Sweet Adeline’s barbershop to collegiate a cappella. She has provided musical direction for local Grants Pass theatre companies and specializes in organizational documentation and technical systems used by the company.

Dave Hegdahl
Dave Hegdahl taught band and choir for over 30 years. He taught 26 years of those years at North Valley High School in Grants Pass. Over the years Dave has also directed the Rogue Community College Jazz Band, Rogue Gold Jazz Band, Ashland City Band and Southern Oregon Concert Band. Dave has played drums in many local musicals including MUSIC MAN, LITTLE MERMAID, SEVEN BRIDESFOR SEVEN BROTHERS, HELLO DOLLY, THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLY,
CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG and FUNNY GIRL. In 2012 Dave was music director for the RMT production of HAPPY DAYS.

Mike Stapley
Mike has a masters degree in project management and managed a group of fifty engineers at Honeywell. He has a passion for music and musicals that is rarely eclipsed. He is a self-taught performer and a master of getting music to both entertain and thrill audiences.
